 Good morning everyone,

I haven't been on here in so long. I am back becasue my husband, who I left because he was using meth, wants joint custody of our children. He has only seen them a handful of times since I left a year ago. He has always told me that he is clean(when he hasn't been). Why do you think he wants joint custody when he hardly ever asks to see them and calls once a month if that? In my opinion, those are not the actions of a man who misses his kids and is clean. Also, he has a girlfriend now and that pisses me off becasue he is spending more time with her than his kids. I am asking the court to give him a hair follicle test to dermine visitation. But I will not back down on the custody. Does anyone know how accurate these hair follicle tests are? Thanks for listening!
