Each of us is different. I know that wihtout God. None of what I know today would be possible. With out God, I would have never found rehab, never found an AA meeting, never found a sponsor, and never found what I know today as recovery.

I don't know that rehab works for everyone. i do know that at exactly the right moment God steps in when you feel like it is imposssible to go any further. Try to remember that when a door closes, somewhere God has opened a window. SOmetimes you have to look for it. But it always there for you to seek out and find.

i don't believe any of my life today would be possible without God. He has lessened my load and made things a whole lot more tolerable. An addict who is truly in recovery learns to deal with life on lifes terms. None of which is possible without God.
