oH wow. Can't she go in to some kind of program that helps her find a job and gives her a room to rent for cheap? They have those somewhere. There's nothing like handing it all to an addict.......they need to work hard for what they have and get it themselves in order to value where they came from and where they are now. I would say no if I were you. The county jail can tell her where the nearest half way home is. Someone at the county offices should be able to direct her somewhere and she should work for all that stuff she needs. Her dad needs to see the pattern that she has already put in place all by herself. If she wasn't deemed mentally uncapable, then just like us, she should do it herself so if she loses everything again, no one feels used and abused.
