This is so hard Melinda. I don't feel love for him at all anymore, but it is hard because I am fighting so hard to protect my little boy from all of this and it feels like it wil never end. I always have this fear that the judge won't believe me or will think that I am trying to be deceitful to Spencer by taking his son away from him. I wouldn't do that if he wasn't a drug user. He acts like such a kid. He is not fighting this because he knows that they are going to drug test him and he will get caught and it will be in the records of the court. Good! He lets it all go cause he has a problem that he is not willing to give up for his son. He can say all the hateful things he wants to but the truth still stands - He is an active meth user. I wish he weren't, but there again I can only control myself and my decisions and my decision is not to use meth and to protect my kids from those that do. And it just so happens that my sons dad uses.
Melinda, I am so scared. I have never been so scared. Is it because of his manipulation? I think so. He's got a big bark.

Will the court have Spencer be there to get the restraining order? I am just so scared.
