 well, it's kinda exciting, isn't it?? oh...no, not really. ok. yep, very normal. just relax. here's the great part, recovery is full of little kinks and twists. your brain has to figure out exactly what is going on. it's a little brain test to see if it acts like this...will you give it more of that. very normal. your right where your supposed to be. here's a little kicker...your additon gets up 10 minutes before you do, every morning, and waits for you on the end of your bed. so wake up strong knowing you have to kick butt. stay clean, your doing great : )
