Crack and Cocaine is the same thing. Did he say CRANK? Crank is meth. Lots of users will mix a downer with an upper. Meth and heroin. The meth keeps them awake and takes the jimmies out of their legs, caused by the heroin. The heroin will slow them down and help the paranoia and the tweak effect. Mixing the two is also called the zip. The heroin will put them to sleep then the meth will zip them back to consciousness. When using heroin it slows down your repertory system and your heart pumps blood slower. People who overdose on heroin just plainly stop breathing and die. Meth speeds up your heart rate, but coke/crack although a central nerves system drug it is different than meth. Coke/Crack speeds up your heart rate because it constricts small arteries in your veins. So the heart has to pump faster to receive the blood and oxygen. When mixing heroin with coke/crack (Most dangerous mixture in my opinion) the heart slows down and now the coke/crack is constriction your arteries and some pass out and become brain dead, stroke, or have a heart attack.
