You are completely right! My advice - Why don't you take what you wrote here and send it. Send the Helpful Tips along with it. I know it seems like nothing works and nobody listens, but someone out there will help someday, when is that day? I can't answer that. Is the Canadian Government worried about this issue liek the U.S. Government is? I don't know what kind of government they have there but I would not even let them tellme he can see my kids. I don't know what help I can be, but I'm here.
