It sounds to me like you need what is called an Anaphylactic treatment. It is a medicine that helps to kind of "cover" your heart muscles to the point where you do not react to the epi. It needs to be taken an hour before any dental work for safety reasons. I have the same thing and I feel like I'm having a heart attck. Very scary. Now when I have any dental work, I take this prescription. You may not have been aware of this reaction with your heart but it is very common. At the same time, it is not good for any recovering meth user to be on this - there are other things they can give you
