I just want to thank all (both) of you who answered my questions...I took some time to think about it, and yes it has been awhile since i have been to one of my own NA meetings, so today i called my sponsor. And boy oh boy, what a different outlook i have on things today. She advised me that i am very passionate about my own recovery...and she said, i need to forget all the negativity this "crackhead" put into my spirit...and trust my own words in my letters to the courts. I do, know what i need to say, but i did spend alot of years, worrying about somebody elses shit, and tended to forget about my own. I love this site, reading, and reflecting, sure helps me make it....one hour at a time....and the program...well it works, when i work it....so ((((muahhhh)))) thank you....i got some work to do....lol
