hi tom at 23 your body can heal if you take care of it, some of the damage to your heart may heal, if you use again, it may be your last time! you are to young for that, you will find other fun things to do as you get older & life changes. you have a lot of life a head of you so live it!!!! you might all ways what drugs, you will have to learn to deal with that. from what i have read,i think you are a good man & you will do just fine in life.
