Thank you for your response recovering. That is what she says she wants to do. Be able to talk with other addicts that has been where she has, and knows what she is going through. We have been looking and it seems AA is the only option here at the moment. Hopefully she will decide to give them a chance. She wants an NA group, but not sure if she will go the AA route since it is not really the same. alcohol has never been her problem. She has used meth off and on for 7 years, but got completely out of control over the past 6 months. As for weather she has hit her rock bottom, no one knows except her. She spent a week in jail for stealing and using two of my credit cards and one of my checks she had someone cash for 800.00. Yes I filed the charges and I took her in. She worked with the detective, and as a result 5 of his cases were closeed.God I hope jail was her rock bottom.
Anyway, thank you for you information, Congrats on your month of being clean. It is the success stories like yours that give me some hope.
