I've done pretty good getting items off "PindleSkin in Hell" I use a lvl 90 MF druid which I am sure sounds funny but, he is pushing about 700% MF... I know amount of MF matters but, so does lvl... Better items drop for higher lvls. What lvl is your zon? Maybe I can suggest other runs like Icy Cavern in the Ancients Way or just stick to Hell Cow lvl... I know people hate killing the COW KING but, screw it... You want items so, join games and kill him then leave...
