character lvl doesnt matter in drops only monster lvl does and character mf. Mephy cannot drop the highest treasure classes only a few monsters can drop them and pindle is one of them. not even Baal can drop the highest treasure class. While you have the opportunity to get better items from pindle you will find more from mephy. you can do mephy runs and pindle runs at the same time, pindle doesn't take but 10 secs to kill.
