Hi there,

The same thing happend to me a little while ago.
I was laying in my girlfriends bed after she had left for work and was attacked by something just like you.

I was paralyzed, cold and was being sucked down into the bed. I felt drained for the rest of the day. It happened on two occasions. I could hear a low humming sound the whole time which became more and more intense. I found that to stop it all I had to do was ask and it did. Weird!

I quite frequently communicate with spirits and can feel their energy but ive never been attacked like that! Be careful as it may be demonic
