Subject: Feels like Hell!

Now I know this is gonna make me sound like I'm crazy but I am not. Could anyone help me with/ or tell me if they have had this experience..........
For the past five years I have been getting this wierd thing happen. On occasions, as I close my eyes to sleep (This happens even when I am not tired) after a little while, I feel as if I am paralized and cannot move yet all my other senses are working (I feel cold, hear everything, smell the chill in the air), but I feel as if my inside is being sucked down a bit. Then I start hearing these freaky voices! They sound deep and slow.
I don't see anything other than total blackness but these voises get louder and louder.
The worst part of it is that I feal the most incredible fear!! Even before hearing these voices!
I feel it in every part of my bofy and it is unbeleivable!
I am not asleep at any time of this. The fear I feel is worse than anything I know. I cannot even THINK of anything, cannot picture anything, imagine anything. Just this immense fear, hear these wierd voices and feel paralised.
When I manage to break away from it, i can barley breath, it is as if trying to break out of it drains all my energy.
When I break off, I feel weak, gasp for air and shake!
I keep telling myself I'm going mad.
Am I? anyone have any ideas or theories please let me know..... even if you just wanna say I'm an idiot I don't mind! This is freaking me out!
I have never taken Drugs, I do not drink (Except on special occations and still drink very little, I'm an everyday kind of guy with NO medical problems at all!)
