hello my name is aaron cooler and I may be just a kid but I think I can help you. to find out what the voices look like go into the room were this normally happens with a pencil and paper. close your eyes and draw on the paper. then open. what you have drawn is what the spectre looks like. also call out to it and ask what the problem is. sometimes they will answer other times they will not. but talk to it nicely and offer it something good. that is all I have to say.
