Hi all I came across this site by chance today and have found it really fasinating. I have had several experiences with the spirit side of things and have to been really scared. What prompted me to write to you is that I have full empathy with you all for your experiences.

I luckily do not have what you have, but I have something a little different. When I am almost asleep and the body is very relaxed, I close my eyes and I see things. I know this sounds really odd, I have talked to many people about it and they all say it is another stage. Like astral travel...this doesn't really make any sense I know.

What do I see, firstly very bright colours then the centre of my colours open up to reveal a lovely purple colour then this colour fades and pictures loom forward. (You know when you see something in the distance and then it is in your face!) I have been very lucky as I have only had one really bad picture, the rest I have found very helpful. I could see my daughter in her room one night, (I will say that her room was at the far end of the cottage) the air was very cold and her covers were off her bed and she was freezing. I went to her room and all her covers were on the floor, sounds so silly I know, but lots of other strange and I mean strange things were going on in the cottage I was in at the time. Pictures moving on the walls, cold wind coming down the stairs, voices, images that sort of thing.

I tried many people to help me with the cottage, churches of different religion, mediums etc.

Keep well all of you. Oh I am not a crack pot, although at the time I really thought I was loosing my marbles big time!!
