yeah that stuff really freaks me out i do believe in ghosts even though i have never seen one. But i have heard of this paralysis before. It is very scary, it was a programme where people from around the world claimed they were haunted and so cameras were set up in their rooms. One guy with this sleep paralysis was sleeping and hten suddenly started moving but not normal movement it was as if he was being beaten up and bruises were there after.
