Hi

I wouldn't worry too much about this experience with the OuiJa board (the name comes from the word 'yes' in French and German Oui and Ja) the movement of the pointer (or whatever you choose to use) is not guided by spirits but by the unconcious movements of the participants. You are now beginning to fixate on the experience and, as you cannot only think about something without a subconcious aspect of the thought, you are subconciously moving things around like this. It's simply because you are unnerved by the experience, not because you are being manipulated by any entities. Please don't worry, that will only intensify the subconcious reaction. I'd leave the OuiJa board alone for a while as it is something which is causing you distress. If you feel you do wish to continue using them then it is probably best to observe some kind of protocol to make you feel protected. The most accepted way is to view the event as opening and closing your front door. You should always ensure that you are in control of your emotions and have firmly in mind who you want to contact and what you want to ask. Always ask questions of your subject that only they would know and if the answers you get are wrong then assume you may not be talking to who you think you are. If that happens then politely but firmly ask them to step back and if you no longer wish to continue ask that they return to where they came from and not to trouble you, BEFORE ending the session. tis should allow you to feel suitably protected although in reality there is no magic quality to a OuiJa board (or Planchett as it's also called) and it is the subliminal actions of the persons using the board which cause the movement. this has been proven in studies.

hope this reassures you.
