Hi,

I have been having that same thing happen to me, recently a certain time around 1-2 in the morning, my books either fall from a certain place off my shelf. Or.. It seems im being pushed from side 2 side, i cant see anything however i always feel like I need to panic, its strange really.

I have come to the conclusion that it is a dead relative or somebody trying to alert me that something is wrong, that they are around. I think that is what happened to you.

I think that a spirit was trying to communicate to you.
