hi natalie sorry to hear of your nan's passing the pain will go.have you tried going to see a medium or you could try going to the local spiritualist church probably the best way if your nan wants to visit you to put you at ease. i have been to one the medium believes we all pass to a better place. he also believes that spirits find it amusing that we find it hard to understand that they exsist and want to talk to their loved ones on this side.so do not feel silly by stealing a few minutes in the day to talk to your nan. you may not think she is listening but i believe she is dont expect fireworks just bide your time. the very best of luck
