Im really sorry to hear of your pain and grief that you are suffering because of your Nans passing, The same thing happened to me 10 years ago, My Nan brought me up since the age of 6yrs old and I looked upon Her as my Mam rather than my Gran. I can assure you that there IS life after death and your Gran is probally upset that you are still grieving for Her even tho it has been some months since you posted your email to this site. Be aware of 'smells' and take note of your 'dreams', your Nan will and probally already has come to you and re-assured you through your 'dreams', but its NOT just any ole regular Dream!!
Just remember this, your Gran is certainly NOT suffering, and one day, when-ever that may be, you will know this is/was the case. YOU MEAN AS MUCH TO HER AS SHE DOES YOU. Carry on in life as you would of done with your Nan here, laugh/talk about the things you would of with her(DONT IGNORE HER!! 'SPEAK' TO YOUR NAN JUST AS YOU WOULD OF IF SHE WAS SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO YOU,be it out loud when your alone or in your 'mind' in company)You will probally 'feel' daft at first, but that will soon pass. I can assure you that she is there AND listening!! take care Natalie, my thoughs are indeed with you.
