Guys Cliffe is, I'm afraid, out of the question. For many years the adjoining chapel has been under the lease of the local Masonic group who are more than a bit protective of the property they rent. Although you could easily wade across the river along the path from the Saxon Mill it simply is not worth it. This, however, adds to the mystery of the place and along with the many, many tales of sightings and the general eerie feel to the area it makes some of us even more determined to spend a night amongst the ruins of the house. This will have to be done with the Masons' permission though as no-one in their right mind would want to cross them.

PS, the area which would be of most interest for an investigation would be the little known crypt / dungeon below the chapel. This would almost definitely be out of bounds though.
