Subject: I get In contact With ghosts

Before i start i just want to say that this is all serious
I can get in touch with the dead with out the use of a ouija board i've done it several times with my friends all i do is concentrate on the whole idea of ghosts and one sort of 'posseses' me my friends say that my eyes roll back into my head and i begin to talk nonsense then finally a voice with is a mixture between hi and low they ask questions then it goes away inbetween 2 minutes to 5 minutes
I can't remember any of it but i tend to lose alot of wieght and somtimes sweat this is all serious and i'm not a medium and never have been can any one explain this at ghostwatch uk?
