The village of Pluckley is a good place to go. I went there for the weekend with a small group of fellow psychic investigators last year.
It is a very interesting place. You can buy a booklet from one of the pubs, which gives details of all the different ghosts - all 12 of them! Also there is one or two good Web Sites you can look at for Pluckley.
The tourist-board at nearby Ashford will send you a booklet with all the local bed & breakfast places. Two places listed are featured on the list of haunted places.
