Actually this is interesting. Dean has no intention of making Civil Unions a national issue. I saw it on "Meet the Press" a few months ago; and he said that he would let the states take care of that and he wouldn't get involved with such a thing. On the issue of Education, I highly doubt that he would go for the whole Act 60 thing. It doesn't totally work in Vermont so he proubly knows that it isn't the solution to the education problem. Want me to go into detail about Bush's education policy? The Every Child Left Behind Act?
