Subject: Shame

Shame on us. today I read an article on Yahoo.com "Man arrested for wearing shirt with peace symbol." Thatīs a shame. I almost canīt find the words to tell you how embarassed I am because of that. Here we blaming everyone else for not giving their people freedoms when we ourselves are being arrested for dissenting from the opinion of the government. 250,000 Americans died in WWII for our freedoms and apparently their sacrifices are not being recognized by the very same government who sent them to die. SHAME! I donīt think the US has any right to tell any other countries what to do because we are only being hypocritical. Just look at our own country, arresting people for wearing a shirt that supports peace. SHAME! I believe in America but right not I am ashamed of us. how can we let this kind of thing go on...
