I think that you make some good points. But if we don't get Powerball, we are back to where we started ... with a large budget deficit.
Which programs do you think should be cut to remedy this? Dr. Dinosaur? Transportation? Libraries? Schools?

Or which taxes do you think that we should raise? Property? (ask the farmers about that) Sales? (next to tax free NH, it is a hard thing to do) Income? Whose income?
