Shellharbour and Warilla both field Regan Cup teams so there is no reason why Thirroul, or any other club can't have a Tooheys Cup side or even an affiliated one such as the Austinmere Breakers. If they can get 7 or 8 teams next year I doubt that a look to the highlands would even be worth considering.
