i think women are naturally curious about their sexuality. I also believe that society gives women a chance to experiment. It is ok with most straight men that women sleep with women, and it is ok with most women. The gay scene used to be very cautious of people experimenting with their sexuality, but that was when they were still fighting for basic equal rights, and didn't want a lifestyle rubbished by people who were just experimenting.
I believe that times have changed, now people can start to be what ever they want without fear of becoming a second class citizen. The labeling has started to grey as we can no longer tell by peoples outfits or hairstyles which 'set' they belong to.
I long for a day when things are truely mixed up, when maddona kissing britney doesn't even raise an eyebrow. I can only speak for myself and not all lesbians, but i think things are really begining to move forward, and soon people will be able to be who they are in the moment and not have to pledge allegiance to a cause.
