As I sit here to write, as it is my goal
I’m feeling quite free, with strength of the soul
The soul ventures on, and is not confined
It sees many things, for it is not blind

Its deep-rooted wisdom, sees beyond bounds
Unlike us humans, who fall to the grounds
We fall prey to life, and feel so confined
And we become victims, and are undermined

Yet through the darkness, that we feel
We align with our souls, for then we heal
Once we connect, with our souls inside
Our fears will vanish, no longer we’ll hide

This bit of inspiration, I’m happy to say
I’ll wish upon you, to have the whole day
For in times of darkness, when you’re in a hole
Seek out the light, with strength of the soul
