I don't remember the fish, but I'm exactly where you're at with the dessert. In all the stuff on line they suggest a Tipsy Laird--a trifle with lots of alcohol in it. So I may make a trifle without the alcohol. Thanks! We're going to avoid the bagpipes in close quarters (oh yeah and I don't know anyone who plays) but I think I'll make some fake pipes and have one of the kids lead the haggis in while the stereo plays the pipes for us at a volume we can handle. :) Anyway, I'm kind of excited about it. Wade's gone a lot right now and it's giving me something to distract myself with, along with reviving good memories of Scotland. Anyway, Elisa do you remember anything?
