Well, I think that my take on things is different then D0SBoots' take. I do not say that people should completely disregard IP. But I do think that ignoring IP sometimes has its purposes and can in the end positively affect whomever has the IP rights.

But at the same time, I think that digital copying will always be around. So companies should start focusing on trying to figure out how to convince people that their (legal) products are superior to the pirated copies on the internet.

The reason why I don't focus on non-digital IP problems is because I think that it is not a big problem. I cannot go on the internet and download a tee shirt or a poster (maybe a scan of a poster, but that isn't exactly the same). The big deal is with the ease of copying digital stuff.

Anyway, at the same time I question how much digisubs have (and will) affect the market (err, in a negative sense). Especially with anime becoming more and more mainstream...
