My opinion is obvisously QUITE biased, but here are my suggestions:

Friday:
5:30 - 7:30: Anime Music Video Workshop - Julius/SailorDeath, Dan/Outlaw (my IC opponent) and myself are hosting a two hour workshop. We will *probably* do an hour of general Q&A and an hour where we break off into smaller groups and each show you how to literally make AMVs. Simple things like importing source, cropping clips, placing down clips, simple transitions and if we're good on time more advanced effects. If you're at all interested in making AMVs this is the way to learn (took me awhile :-P). Again, I don't know for sure how it will go, but I wil by the end of today since I got a "staff" meeting about it tonight.

7:30 - whenever: AMV Prejudging - This is where we narrow down what videos get in. Unfortunately, we have to watch ALL the entries, but at the same time it's nice since all the videos do get shown at least once (but not in the main room). I wouldn't entirely suggest this since well...this'll sound real mean, but...most of the videos are bad. Go to the contest if you wanna see the "cream of the crop" that makes it in.

Saturday:
9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.: Anime Music Video Contest - pretty self-explanatory. Unfortunately got shafted on times again since Mega-Toyko panel got the better time. ACen is one of the few cons where we get shafted, but I understand since it's also one of the few cons that is insanely disorganized in AMVs and hence the lack of respect (I'm hoping it'll be better this year). Either way, if you like AMVs you should come :).

4-5ish: Get in line for Masquerade at 8 :-P...being honest here.

8ish (it'll be late): Masquerade.

During the Masquerade in my Iron Chef AMV edition if you'd like alternative programming and a good asswhooping (mine). :)
