You might be right to some degree. But at least they'd have a better idea of what is going on than by simply relying on the repetitions to show the change. ^O^

I don't think that using thee's and thou's is that far off. Kenshin talks like a samurai (I BELIEVE - though if Dave F says I'm wrong, then I'm wrong) and that particular speech pattern is not used in current day Japanese (with a few exceptions, like "ohayogozaimasu" or "arigatougozaimasu"). So, I think it could be considered comparable to the way knights in medieval England would have talked.

Haha. If you are willing to provide me a copy of an episode, maybe I'll consider it. ;) Hmm... Episode 29 would be a nice one to do if that one has the fight I'm thinking of. ^O^ More seriously, I don't think I really have the free time to do it.
