D. 基本項目說明
( 一 ) 建築材料及產地標準
更換工程項目所採用建築材料及產地標準必須符合英國標準 (British Standard) , 用途均需按 本標書要求或符合建築署於一九九三年出版的建築及物料標準 (General Specification for Building, 1993 Edition by Architectural Services Department) 或二零零三年更新版本。如非得到 項目經理特別指示 , 材料使用之方法必須嚴格根據供應商、製造商或指示 ; 所有用料使用 前必須先提供各整理妥當之樣本予僱主或項目經理核准後方可訂購及使用。

( 二 ) 測試及檢驗
承建商必須在工程造價中 , 包括項目經理可能要求進行的所有測驗及檢驗的有關費用 , 如 額外工人 , 物料及運輸費用。

( 三 ) 工程進度表
承建商必須在定判後 7 日內 , 呈交該工程詳細進度表給項目經理審批 , 進度表須說明各項 程序所需的時間。

( 四 ) 施工圖則
承建商必須在項目經理要求後 2 星期內 , 呈交有關工序的施工圖則作審批 , 項目經理及僱 主有權批准 , 修改及否決施工圖則的設計 , 承建商須在項目經理於施工圖則被否決後的指 定時間內 , 修改有關施工圖則及呈交再作審批。承建商不得因項目經理對施工圖作出修改 或否決的決定而另行收費。

( 五 ) 工程記錄及報告
承建商須於每一日呈交上一日的工程報告及項目經理要求的資料以作記錄 , 工程報告的格式要在工程開始前 14 天提交項目經理認可。工程報告必須如實記錄施工情況 , 各類工種 工人及建築機械的數目、運到工地的物料數量以及整天的天氣。承建商須在項目經理的指 引下 , 提交工程的照片記錄。

( 六 ) 工程指引
承建商須根據項目經理可能要求之程序及方法的指引下進行有關工程。 如項目經理認為整項工程可能不可以在完工日期內完成﹒項目經理可要求承建商提前完成 工程內其中項目 , 承建商不得另行收費。

( 七 ) 安全措施
承建商須在整個工程期間遵守勞工署地盤安全之有關條例。

( 八 ) 工程整理
承建商須在整個工程期間 , 保持工地及工程所用的物料 , 機器及其他用品整理。並須在工


程期間定時清理工地 , 以保持工地方便進行工序檢查。

( 九 ) 施工時間
承建商必須按以下的工作時間施工 , 及符合政府有關部門 ( 如勞工署、環保署等 ) 之要求 , 其中包括噪音限制、工作時間等。
星期一至星期六 : 9:00 - 18:00
公眾假期、星期曰 : 不可施工
