The theory of Movitation can refer to the Haslow's and Herzberg theory

Haslow's theory
1. Physiological-food, air, money, for example, it's the worker, they may be need to earn the money for their meal, thus money/salary can be movitate them to work

2.Safety-safety working condition, secuity, for example, it is important for some of the worker to working in a safety condition, since they have family, if they occur some accident, it can be very serious.(eg, ecomical need)

3. Love-Friendly supervision, for a group of worker, if they feel they are pound of working for you, the first thing, you should let them to feel that they are important for the company or you, the essential factor is to create a happy and friendly atmosphere, to let them working more efficiency.

4.Esteem-this mainly applied for a higher level of people, e.g Foreman and manager, He should be feel that he have given some authority to manager his subordinate.

5.Self actualisation-challenging job, achievement in work, this is the highest level of motivation, this may apply to the project manager, since his role is to manage the cost, time and quality, and this is the most challenging job, in this case, self actualisation is very important.

Herzberg theory-this have the same principle of Haslow's theory but this only have 2 ranging of motiviation. Hygiene and Motivator.
1.Hygiene-if it is absent, dissatisfaction will occur.
2.Motiviator-it only have satisfaction and no satisfaction

Equity theory-it is very important to treat everybody with a equity right, such as, to listen their opinion and think about is it feasibility or acceptable, pay equal amount of salary to the equal level of worker.

Do something it is constructive. Such as don't just say'do it better' and 'you can do it', say something such as'you do it not bad,but there should be something need to improve'. To improve the performance of job,it should be feedback.

The leader should encouage their team member stand back from the disagreement and look it objectively. To let each individual need to think they are working with best people-to feel pound of the team.By getting people into this state of mind a leander will instill a high level of group morale, people will work harder and achieve.

Achievement
If you think to achieve the target is too hard, the team will feel failure, but if you think it is too easy, the team will feel too little. To provide a series of target, which are easily recognized as stage towards the unlimate completion of the task.

Other method
If you give 50pounds a day for the worker, some working may doing more, and some working may doing less, alternatively, if you pay 50pounds for each task for a specify time(for example,1 day),the working will runing more efficiency, thus the process and task should be clearly listed and explained.
