Different kinds of situation effect the choice of different kinds of leadership.

And how to become a successful leader? It should be have these essential skill,e.g, good communication skill, to make a suitable decision in different situation. how to motivate your subordinates is willing for work for you.

The choice of leadership is effect by these factors:
1.Different of culture/region
2.Different of country
3.Legisation
4.Different kinds of subordinates
5.Different kinds of organization

In general, there is two kinds of leadership:
1.Autocractic-it is the power is focus on the leaders, make unilateral decision. all interactions within the group move towards him. The leader makes all his decision and he has the authority for determining policy, procedures for achieving goals, work tasks and relationship, control of rewards of punishments

2.Democractic-it is the power is forus on the team.The leader share the problem with the team. The decision makeing is made by the whole of the team, also, procedures for achieving goals, policy, work tasks and relationship.

The nature of work to be undertaken with each sub-system in the construction process. In general, the manage use democratic form of leadership in the early stage to gather and listen to different kinds of opinion, at the end of the progress, the manager use autocratically of form make a commend a decision.

In this situation will use democratic style of leadership are those concerned with developing initial evaluation,outline design strategies and selecting contractual arrangement.

Other sub-system may lead themselves towards the autocratic will include cost control during the construction industry.
