Subject: WHAT'S THE RECORD TIME AND ON WHAT TRACK? That's the way to know. Compare the time to other locations. If your location has a fast time on that track then I would say that you have a pretty good horse. If your location's times are slower then S * * * then trash that horse and start again. Also if you like it, race it. If you don't then trash it.
