Subject: Abruptly, in the act of taunting the Riders, the larger of the two Dark Dragons jerks its head up and emits a terrible throbbing screech that echoes around the valley.

The second Dark dragon halts, staring at its partner. Then it too lifts its muzzle and repeats the sound. The Rider dragons yelp and howl, trying unsuccessfully to drown out the noise. The Dark dragons continue for some long moments, and then begin to flap their wings, creating a small windstorm. Slowly, as if unable to move correctly, they rise into the air and push themselves away from the stunned defenders. Reaching the right altitude, they laboriously turn back to the volcanoes.
