At first Aisling parried the orc's attacks haltingly, just barely keeping its blade from cutting her open. After a few moments, though, a familiar heat began suffuse through her body. Her eyes flashed, and her nervousness was pushed away. It didn't go away, but it was pushed to the back of her mind, replaced by anger-induced adrenaline. The orc dropped his sword with a cry of pain as the staff crushed his had. Aisling then stuck the orc in three places in quick succession: a leg, the stomach, and lastly, the head. The beast sank to the ground, unconscious. -- The Clearing
