That's the JA Bible interpretation isn't it? If you don't do this that and the other, you're going to get splattered.

I don't think it's like that. It doesn't look like that in the Bible to me, anyway. It doesn't look like God is a nasty old man with a mallet to thump everyone with to me. If God was like that, he would have done it already, wouldn't He? He would have done it ages ago.
