absolutely. I think that they somehow feel that by defending the JA they can compensate for their lack of commitedness, when really committed members aren't even allowed to respond on the Facebook forum

You are so right, John. the really ardent posters are the ones Noel used to despise. In my day the only people allowed to live outside community were women with unsaved husbands, while these days membership is so watered down that it almost seems like they are trying to compete with the mainstream churches for wishy-washiness.

What's radical about that!
