An Indian friend of mine who is a long time YSS member told me the lawsuits have continued up to last year, or at least meetings based on suits. He was a mediator of sorts as he is a respected member of the community. Neither side will budge an inch. I think the battle is over now and Harihar won outright. It was in the courts until recently I think. There is little YSS can do now.

Friends have visited the place and were treated very well, even when they told the caretaker they were SRF. This is good to hear. I'd vidit it.

My bet is YSS will get that place and the Lahiri house. It may take a couple hundred years but they will get them in the end.
