The quote by Sayal was great to hear as it agrees with my astrologer friend. Kriya masters seem to say the outer role in life does not matter and to follow one's inner inclination whether he wants to marry, what career, etc. Daya Mata steers devotees to do what they want (influenced by samskaras)and do not wait for God to tell you what to do in life in some mystic vision.

Brother Ramananda of SRF is one monk that is convinced the karma is sped up, and he said he was also convinced God kept some devotees struggling, especially with money karma, so as to keep them close to Him.

Paramahansaji told Durga Mata she was living many lives in this present life, and Anandamoyi Ma told my good friend Swami Ramananda that this was his last life and he was living 40 lives in this present one! She told him it was that way with many devotees on the last life. He told me he had met many of the people he had unbalanced karma with (particularly people who were children of his he let down in the past lives) and he knew it was his duty to help them until the karma was evened up.

As a yogi this is one of the values of intuition--to know what acts are svadharma for you based on past karma. This helps one from making more. Relationships are not as simple as they appear...Brother Anandamoy is one SRF monk that insists our 'right' relationships are VITAL for growth on the spiritual path.
