Re the first paragraph:
I got this told by Shibendu and by a close disciple of his.

Re the second paragraph:
As I said I was refering to the Patravali letters, authored by Lahiri Mahasaya himself, which are accessible to all who want to read them.

Shibendu has, up to the present point, brought up no evidence that his Kriya process is essentially unmodified. And how could he? - He is teaching the Kriyas as he learned them from his father.

I wonder what significance "going through the higher Kriyas" has in this regard. The question was whether the Kriyas have been modified, not whether one has practiced some of them.

Regarding the "crapola": Did your friend specifically refer to my present message, or to some other messages in the past and you have borrowed his opinion for the present one also? A sweeping judgement such as "X's opinion is crap" may be characteristic for Shibendu's camp. No idea what to do with it.

Last year I showed in an article about half a dozen major differences between Shibendu's Kriya and what is described in the Patravali letters. Not one piece of valid counter-evidence was given, but I was simply told that I was wrong though. I do not find it possible to discuss on such an irrational basis, hence I would like to not continue this part of the thread.

Hendrik
