No, but I am interested in promoting the fact that Yoganandaji was enthusiastic about Kechari, but didn't require it. Many seem to think that Kechari is no-no for Yogananda Kriya Yogis. This is in contradiction to what Yoganandaji himself said about Kechari. If you read all my postings here, you'll see that I support both sides of the issue. Just as my Guru did.

I also think that "all can be acheived via first Kriya alone". I also believe that the after effect poise of Kriya is part and parcel of Kriya Yoga.
