Yes, you can call yourself a Swami (if you actually are one; have been made a Swami by another real Swami) and actually be one as well.

And yes you can become a Swami before marriage but I dont know about after. I think, a real Swami, once he becomes one, never goes back from it. He has enough maturity and wisdom and perseverance to stick with the path he has carved out.

I dont think its appropriate for a Swami to sell anything of his or anyone else's. If anything, he should give away all that he has. Its ok for Donald Walters to sell things, he is not a Swami (even though he and Ananda people still call himself a Swami). He left the monastic order and got married. It didnt work out and he wanted to go back to being Swami but he was told he has to start again from the beginning ( to test if he had ego or if he could accept it humbly). He failed the test and rebelled and was kicked out of SRF monastic order. Kriyananda can sell things if he wants, but he shouldnt keep calling himself a Swami.

It is very beneficial to wear clothes that have been worn by saints and masters because something of their vibration remains in the clothes and affects the wearer in a beneficial way.
It doesnt matter if it is a mala of beads or a bathrobe or undergarments or whether it is red brown or green or whatever. What matters is the one who wore it, if he was holy. Applied to Kriyananda, I think he has done a lot of good and attained some degree of realization, but he doesnt let go of his ego enough to become a saint or master in this life. His robe might have some nice vibes in it, but it probably also has the other vibes because of his ego.
