Yes, and what's more interesting is that Shibendu is virtually the only person whom that site says anything bad about. The writer is very quick to make an issue out of Shibendu's alleged use of bad language, but he does not even mention Ashoke Chatterjee's heavy smoking, something which any potential initiate would want to know before visiting him.

The writer does not mention the controversy surrounding Hariharananda's claimed status as a direct disciple of Sri Yukteswar, but is very quick to mention rumours surrounding Shibendu.

On the issue of Shibendu's teachings, he (Shibendu) has a Bengali notebook written by Satya Charan Lahiri detailing how the Kriya's should be practiced. I believe Shibendu has offered to show this notebook to anyone concerned about his teaching of the techniques, but I do not know if any Bengali initiate has ever studied it and confirmed the accuracy of his teachings.

I do not know of any way of confirming the accuracy of Satya Charan Lahiri's teaching.

If that site was really intended as a resource for those looking for a kriya path, why does it avoid any controversy except in the case of Shibendu? To me the site looks like a piece of propaganda.
