If she's cowhocked, you get these fat legs because weird musceling, you can't jump with her and her overall performance will be bad, she seems very down too, and slow, she doesn't look happy to me. It's not the best position to stand it takes effort all the time to just stand, normally to stand shouldn't take constant effort, more like no (conscious) effort. I would her hindlegs off every day to cool them, they must be hotter too, more easily bruised, but it's something (leg position) a farrier can solve.
